Common questions

Straight answers before work begins.

A good project starts with shared expectations. These answers explain how requests, estimates, materials, and changes are handled.

How do I request an estimate?

Use the online estimate form and include the project address, requested work items, timing, access notes, and photos when possible. The more complete the request, the easier it is to determine the right next step.

Do you handle both small repairs and larger renovations?

Yes. Velizaroff Handyman handles repair and maintenance scopes, while Velizaroff Contracting reviews larger renovation and project-management needs.

Will every request receive an immediate price?

No. Some projects can be reviewed from submitted details, while others require a conversation or site visit. We do not invent prices when information is incomplete.

Can I provide materials?

Sometimes. Tell us what has already been selected or purchased. Product suitability, completeness, and responsibility for defects will be clarified in the estimate.

How are changes handled after approval?

Work outside the approved scope should be documented as a change order, including price and schedule effects, before added work proceeds.

Are the coming-soon divisions accepting business?

No. Real Estate & Property Management and Velizaroff Investments are future divisions and are not currently operating or accepting opportunities.
